1.Cite one experience wherein you have experienced negative peer pressure.

4. What have you learned/realized from your experience?

1. one of my experience is when my older cousins (smokers) is asking me to smoke.. they're always forcing me to smoke but i dont listen to them..
2. im not listening to them and im just changing the topic when they are always forcing me to smoke.. or ill go with my uncle so that they'll not follow me around.. because my cousins are not yet legal.. haha.. they dont want to be busted!! haha..
3. i feel safe because i know that smoking is bad for our health.. but i dnt blame them for smoking.. they choose to smoke because they want to.. and im respecting their decision..
4. i learned that refusing to the reaction of the people is sometimes important especially when you dont want something that they're offering to you..

8th meeting

I. Challenge yourself
Choose a challenge:
a. Tell the truth
b. Return recovered things (personal items, money, etc)
c. Admit mistake
d. Return excess change
e. Avoid cheating
On your journal, process your experience with the aid of the following guide questions:
a. What challenge did you take?
b. Were you able to do the challenge? How did you feel about it?
c. What have you realized/learned from your experience?

I.
a. i choose "Tell the truth".

i choose this one because telling the truth is a must! and by telling the truth you can make someone feel better. yes, im able to do that challenge by telling my block mates the truth when they're teling/asking me something.. i feel so refreshed.. well, refreshed is not the right term but.. i do feel refreshed. i realized that telling the truth without knowing the feling of the person can hurt them if you're going to tell something private.

7th meeting

Self -evaluation
Review the results of your personal health assessment and write your realizations and plans about your health in your journal.

having that kind of test and knowing the results on that test is very shocking! haha.. i didn't imagined that my scores will be that low.. but at least i answered the questions with my heart [nakz.. my heart.. haha..] and i didnt lie just to get high scores in that personal assessment test.. i realized that i should improve myself in all aspects.. keeping the place too clean is really hard because almost all people in this world throw their trash somewhere.. thats why its hard to keep the surroundings clean.. but i can do the opposite of what they're doing so that we can maintain cleanliness.

6th meeting

Need to do/answer:

1. For one week, challenge yourself to:
a. Get high score in a quiz or seat work,
b. To recite in class at least once in any courses;
c. To submit a quality assignment or requirement

On your journal, process your experience with the aid of the following guide questions:
a. What challenge did you take?
b. Were you able to beat the challenge? How do you feel about it?
c. What have you realized/learned from your experience?

Answers:

1. a. Getting a high score in quizzes is a little bit hard but having a high score in our seat works is easy. I don't get high score on my quizzes but they're passed.. haha.. almost all of them.. but i dont fail my seatworks because they're easy.. and if you are doing your seat works you are allowed to talk/ask something to you prof..

b. reciting? its easy especially when it is our humanities class.. prof mesina is teaching us hum011 very well.. and if you are going to recite in his class.. even though your answers are wrong.. you'll still have a grade because he'll give you another chance to answer his questions..

c. submitting an assignment in math011 and it011L is easy because even though the questions are hard.. you can look for the right answers at the back of your book or manual.. if you're going to that every number.. it's sure that you will have a high score..

On your journal, process your experience with the aid of the following guide questions:
a. well, the challenge that i tried to conquer is to not watch television for a day or not to use my computer for a day.. i tried that challenge to my self because i think that im getting addicted at using my computer and watching tv.. haha

b. of course! not watching tv and not using my computer for a day is torture! im used to doing those things everday.. haha.. well, as you can see in my previous sentence.. of course i failed.. haha.. well, i feel a little disappointed about myself because that challenge is easy but i didn't success.

c. i realized that being addicted to something is very wrong.. because that "something" because you cant stop your self from using it or something.. soo.. try not be addicted to something.. haha..
